The RC and timber hybrid structured house for rent, located in a quiet residential area in Tokyo. The hybrid structure is determined to give a room for potential residents to experience the scenes that various materials autonomously behave in the same dimension as the exterior vegetation and the environment so that they can be interwoven and coexisted with each material, gardens and its cityscape.
東京の閑静な街に建つ賃貸一戸建て住宅。RCと木の混構造とする事を起点に、環境に多様に開きながら、構造から仕上げまで異なる物質の共存ができるだけ分かるような構成・開口計画・ディテールとしている。外部の植物や環境と同列の次元で、様々なマテリアルが自律的にふるまいながら混交・共存し、モノとモノ、モノと庭や街とがさまざまに出会う風景が、まだ見ぬ住まい手の経験として重なっていく暮らしの器をつくろうとしている。
